Observation

0345 (2) Preschool downstairs was over ratio. Rosa Alonso alone with 11 children until second staff, Zoe Clark arrived on site. 0345(3) Preschool child wondered to and from cube storage area in preschool classroom while staff was not aware of child doing so. Child was not within sight of teacher and teacher did not notice child.
